The Concrete Deck Versatile Gas Plug™ is an ideal means of connecting your natural gas or propane barbeque, patio heater, fire pit or any outdoor appliance directly to your existing home gas supply system. It is designed to be installed in ground or concrete slab, with a drainae line connected to the box. It is also designed with a union in the assembly so that the drainage line can be serviced should ther be a blockage. The small access door in the main stainless steel door can be left open to allow the appliance to remain plugged in while the larger door is closed. The CSA Approved quick disconnect houses a thermal valve that shuts off the flow of gas in conditions of 300°F or more in case of an upset condition. This along with the interlocking shut off handle provides a safe, secure and a clean method of concealing unsightly pipes and valves.
